Moari Turtle Experiment..

For this experiment I used 2D animation as I wanted to transition the Maori style turtles into the large sea turtle animation. I had the idea to make the turtles dance and wiggle in order to go with the music I had in mind for the project. To transition them into the larger turtle I animated them forming into blobs and then into black lines to joint up and transition into the swimming turtle. I really like this experiment, as although it is simple the turtles dancing makes it more personal to me as I have danced for most of my life and it is one of my passions so I wanted to incorporate it into my project.
