Rough Sketches for Fly High Background Design and Concept/ Test Shot...

The above images show my rough sketches for my background and concept art for pre production group bible Fly High. The top image shows my background design for the cloudscape background which was influenced by artist Peter Max and his city 60's paintings. I incorporated his use of stars and spacey things in the sky as well as a cityscape in the clouds. For the concept piece I focused on Gaz falling back into reality so decided to draw him falling through the clouds from a birds eye view.
